Morse Watchmans, Inc. Releases New KeyWatcher Illuminated System
Morse Watchmans, Inc. Releases New KeyWatcher Illuminated System Morse Watchmans has announced that its new KeyWatcher Illuminated system will begin shipping to customers. The new Illuminated system offers several new features with a new, more attractive look.
Those are not the only changes to the KeyWatcher however. A new, modular system has been created to provide more SmartKey locations in less space, as well as provide a variety of locations types in a single box. Each module panel has 3 or 6 positions available (depending on which size cabinet you are working with). These positions can be filled with any combination of modules. There are plenty of module types available too – - 16, 8 and 6 location SmartKey modules - 8 location credit card module - Locker module (provides two aptly sized compartments)
The availability of the 8 and 6 location modules provide the customer with the ability to store larger keys or key rings without crowding the locations around it. Need maximum storage? Fill your cabinet with 16 location modules. The available locker module is a convenient size – 3” x 6” x 2.5”deep – with plenty of room to store wallets, cell phones, car keys or any other number of objects. Expect to also see new module types coming in the future as well. The modules are not the only difference you will notice once inside the KeyWatcher either. The new “Illuminated” KeyWatcher features clear locations that light up bright red, rather than use a light above the location that could be covered by a hanging key. The illuminated location brightly lights up around the SmartKey indicating the key you have requested, which makes finding your key among the many, easier than ever.
With all these new features, Morse Watchmans has again set the bar in key management systems. The new cabinet design, customizable panels, and illuminated locations, combined with Morse Watchmans Key-Pro III software make this system the best on the market. With an all new, more attractive cabinet, the KeyWatcher has again set the standard in key control systems. The new grey cabinet includes attractive stainless steel side accents that give the system a more modern, sturdy look, while also allowing it to blend into any environment. Another change that can be noticed immediately is the new placement of the LCD and keypad. They have been moved to a “control box” mounted to the bottom of the master cabinet, with provisions for mounting a card access device or Bioscrypt fingerprint reader. With the control box now mounted lower, viewing the display and accessing the keypad is easier and more comfortable than before. These new systems now come in two different sizes: a smaller, slimmer 48 max location cabinet and a standard 96 max location cabinet.
